Wolfgang Hub

Per-project subscription. Unlimited projects in your org.

Frontier-model craft, senior-audited delivery

Subscribe per project — create as many as you need under one organization. Developers on your project use frontier AI models and design a custom harness by hand for that stack, then seniors with 4+ years of experience audit and test the work.

The way software development should work

Create your org, subscribe per project, brief, approve — then ship with a team that tools the project deliberately.

Subscribe per project
Create an organization and as many projects as you want. Each project has its own plan — weekly, monthly, or monthly maintenance.
Brief your project
Define your stack, scale, and requirements. We analyze everything within 72 hours and shape how the team will build that project.
Approve your plan
Review user stories with estimates and iterations. Comment until every task is right.
Build with seniors + frontier AI
Project developers use frontier models day to day and hand-design the harness for your stack — with continuous delivery and senior review on every project.

It's "you'll never go back" better

Per-project subscriptions, frontier-model craft, and senior oversight — without agency bloat or freelancer roulette.

Per-project subscription
Pay for the projects you actively build or maintain. Create as many as you need under one organization.
72-hour analysis SLA
Submit your brief and receive a full technical plan with user stories in 72 hours.
Plan approval built in
Review and comment on every task before work begins. Locked once approved.
Hand-designed project harness
Developers tailor practices and tooling to each project’s stack — using frontier models as craft tools, not generic automation.
Senior audit & testing
Every project is audited and tested by developers with 4+ years of experience in its tools and technologies.
Keep it running
When development slows on a project, Q Maintenance keeps that platform live — without modifications or new work.

Subscriptions are per project. If a project’s plan lapses, that project becomes inactive — its site, database, and services are no longer available. Other projects in the same organization stay unaffected. Use Q Maintenance on a project to keep it running without changing or adding work.

Frequently asked questions

How fast will I receive my technical plan?
On average, your technical plan with user stories and effort estimates is delivered within 72 hours of submitting your project brief. Complex projects may require additional analysis time.
How does onboarding work?
Create your organization, add a project, and subscribe that project to a development plan. Submit a brief through our wizard — stack, scale, auth, requirements. We analyze everything, publish a plan for approval, and the team designs how they will build that project.
Is billing per organization or per project?
Per project. You can create as many projects as you want under one organization; each has its own subscription (weekly, monthly, or Q Maintenance). Stop paying for one project and only that project goes inactive — the rest of the org keeps working.
What is the difference between the plans?
Weekly and monthly include full development for that project: brief, plan, backlog, hand-designed harness, developers using frontier models, and senior audit. Q Maintenance is a monthly fee that only keeps that project’s platform and infrastructure running — no modifications. Switch back to a development plan when you need changes again.
What is the project harness?
The set of practices, tooling, and workflows the project’s developers design by hand for that stack — not a one-size-fits-all setup. They use frontier AI models as part of daily craft, while seniors with 4+ years of experience in those technologies audit and test the work.
Can I comment on tasks before work starts?
Yes. During plan review, you can comment on every user story. Request changes and our team will revise the plan. Once you approve, tasks are locked and work begins sequentially.
How does sequential delivery work?
Only one task is in progress at a time per project. This ensures focused execution and predictable delivery. TODO items can be prioritized while not in progress.
Can I add new tasks after the plan is approved?
Absolutely — on a weekly or monthly development plan for that project. Org members can submit new work requests anytime. New tasks join the backlog and are prioritized alongside existing work. Q Maintenance does not allow adding or changing work.
What stacks do you support?
Web platforms use Next.js, MongoDB, and Vercel. CLI tools use Node.js with TypeScript. Frontend projects support React, Next.js, Angular, Vue, or Lit. Backend projects use NestJS or Express with Firebase or MongoDB. Mobile apps are coming soon. Every project is audited by seniors experienced in that stack.
What happens if I stop paying?
Only the project whose subscription lapses becomes inactive — its site, database, and services are no longer available. Other projects in the organization are unaffected. To keep a project online without new development, use Q Maintenance. To build or change features, use weekly or monthly on that project.
What if I only need work for a short time?
Use a weekly or monthly development plan on that project for as long as you need. When active work is done, switch it to Q Maintenance to keep the system operating — or stop paying and only that project goes inactive.
