Terms of Service
Effective date: 2026-07-21
About these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Wolfgang Hub (the “Service”), operated by EVENTOS, TECNOLOGIA, Y TEJIDO SOCIAL SAS (“we”, “us”, or “Company”), a company organized under the laws of Mexico.
This document is an operational draft for our soft launch. It describes how the Service works today and may be updated. It is not a substitute for independent legal advice.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service
Wolfgang Hub is a multi-tenant platform for custom software projects: organization workspaces, project briefs, plans and backlogs, billing, optional integrations (such as MCP access tokens), and—when enabled—assisted delivery tooling (the “harness”).
Features may differ by project type. For example, automated provisioning and harness delivery currently focus on web platform projects and may be unavailable or limited for other types.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. We may require email verification before an account is created.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for members you add to your organization.
You may not misuse the Service, including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting the platform, abusing APIs or tokens, infringing others’ rights, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or if needed to protect the Service or other users.
Organizations, roles, and your content
The Service lets you create organizations, invite or add members with roles, and manage projects (briefs, plans, backlog items, comments, effort logs, and related artifacts).
You retain ownership of content you submit (“Customer Content”), including briefs, backlog text, uploaded requirements, and code or configuration in customer project environments we help provision on your behalf.
You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Content solely to operate and improve the Service and to deliver work you request.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit Customer Content and to authorize our processing of it.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are offered per project (for example weekly development, monthly development, and quarterly maintenance). Pricing shown in the marketing site or app may include launch pricing that can change later.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
If a project’s subscription lapses or is not active, that project may become inactive or view-only: its hosted site, database, and related services may be unavailable. Other projects in the same organization are not automatically affected.
Maintenance plans are intended to keep a project running without new development work. Development capacity may be limited during launch (including temporary “sold out” states).
Taxes, invoices, and refunds are handled according to Stripe’s flows and applicable law, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Delivery, harness, and AI tools
Analysis queues, plan generation, harness automation, and AI-assisted features are tools to support delivery. They do not guarantee a specific outcome, timeline, or defect-free software.
Marketing statements such as a 72-hour analysis window are operational targets for our soft launch, not contractual SLAs, unless we expressly agree otherwise in a separate written agreement.
Harness and related integrations (for example GitHub, Vercel, Cursor, Slack) require configuration and may be disabled by default. When enabled, they may create or modify repositories, deployments, and related resources under your project’s settings and permissions.
Intellectual property
We and our licensors own the Service, including the Wolfgang Hub name, branding, software, and documentation, excluding Customer Content.
Subject to an active subscription and these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY MEXICAN LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE AFFECTED PROJECT IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your Customer Content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your breach of law, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may cancel subscriptions through the billing portal where available.
We may suspend or terminate the Service or an account for non-payment, abuse, legal risk, or material breach. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends. We may retain or delete data as described in our Privacy Policy and as required by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Courts located in Mexico shall have jurisdiction over disputes, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
